This industry is full of two extremes… the artists (creators, designers, editors…the ones with the eye for the craft) and the left brainers (analytical, logical people… the ones who know the business and understand numbers). Then there’s Sarah Rutson, whom I would argue, gracefully possesses both qualities.

Earlier this month, I was asked to participate in StyleCaster’s 5 for 5 feature in collaboration with Bloomingdale’s to put together a denim inspired look for spring. With other blog friends and online taste-makers, Keiko Lynn, Laura Ellner, Christine Cameron, and Nicolette Mason, five distinct denim outfits were created that is sure to fit any girl, on any budget, with any preferred type of denim.
